How does the game operate?
The Bear Council is the leading governing body (such as in a DAO) that determines game policy. It also regulates the development and operation of the game. To be eligible for Bear Council membership, it is necessary to have СONE coins and to have placed them into Staking.
Therefore, CONE holders will be able to receive a PASSIVE INCOME from the commission fees from all players in the system. All kinds of prize draws, lotteries and promotions of the system will be reserved and distributed to coin Stakers. HoneyWood intends to introduce a common platform for management voting within the game. What this means in practice, is that it will enable players to vote For or Against any proposed changes and updates to the game. Each CONE coin has an assigned value of one vote. The more CONE a player puts into staking, the greater the impact they will have on the voting results. It should be noted, however, that any bear will be able to propose voting for updating the game parameters. To start a vote, a proposal must be backed by a certain amount of СONE (deposit), which can be collected individually (a single bear) or from a group of bears who support the initiative. The amount received is then frozen (Staked) for the duration of the vote until its conclusion. If the proposal is accepted, the amount of deposited coins will be returned to the wallets of those bears who initially supported the vote. If the proposal is rejected, those coins will be burned. If the proposed vote fails to reach a quorum, then the vote is declared null and void, in which case the CONE coins are returned to the wallets of the original bears who supported the initiative. All transactions, including the submission of proposals for management and voting, will be stored and archived in the History section and published in on Explorer. The game will have an additional web-page with its own interface for viewing, creating and voting on proposed changes.
